Anna is the founder of ReCo Consulting, Transformation and Change Management Senior Consultant, advisor to Chief Procurement Officer and Executive & Team Coach.

She has 18+ years of leadership experience at companies including Carlsberg, Nestle, Philip Morris International and Schneider Electric with expertise in supply chain & procurement, strategy, execution, team building, risk management, and facilitating change and communication strategies in matrix organizations. She is also an ICF accredited coach, NLP Practitioner, Lecturer at Essec Business School, Yoga and Mindfulness Teacher and is currently serving at the board of ICF Switzerland focusing on Organizational Coaching Development & Partnerships.

ReCo Consulting was founded on the belief that personal development is the catalyst for real change.

My approach to sustainable business transformation and systemic change management is deeply informed in my coaching and mindfulness practice, and is inspired by my belief that there is an urgent need to redefine current business principles and success metrics.

Using modern change management techniques and human behavior methodologies, I seek to address this need, and empower executives and leadership teams to question the status quo and foster innovative and collaborative approaches to reshape the future of leadership within their organisations. My human centered approach incorporates the latest thinking on New Work, and Teal organizations, draws inspiration from Otto Scharmer’s “Theory of U” methodology while always keeping the best from the “good old” Prosci or Agile methods.
